Our Story
We are in business over thirty years. It was established in 1982 by Michael Costelloe Snr in the same premises that we continue to operate from today. The yard and factory has seen a lot of changes over the years with additional buildings, equipment and new methods for working with our produce. We have progressed from a largely manual operation to become more mechanised as the years have passed without losing any of the quality and personal touch that sets us apart.
Today the business is still very much a family affair with three of us Costelloe's manning the ship. John took over from his father Michael Snr and is delighted that his two sons, Michael Jnr and Eamonn, have joined him to run the business. Together with our loyal staff, some of whom are with us since day one, we are always striving to drive the business forward, while not forgetting the ideals of which the business was founded upon.
Our premises is located in Ballyfore, outside of the town of Edenderry in Co.Offaly. We are delighted to be part of such a great community and are currently sponsoring the local GAA football team.
